The Edulink project team was honored to participate in the 42nd EEASA Conference 2024, focusing on "Education for Sustainable Development (ESD): Transitioning into Equitable, Just, and Sustainable Economies." Held from September 17th to 19th at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka, Zambia, the conference brought together educators and advocates committed to promoting sustainable practices across Southern Africa.
Ndemufayo Kaxuxuena shared insights on the scope and impact of the work done by the two partner organisations through the Edulink Project, highlighting the positive changes in the communities we serve. Additionally, Project Coordinator Maria Johannes presented on the Edulink Education for Sustainable Development Training Programme in Namibia, showcasing innovative approaches to education that foster sustainability.
Together with the SADC community, we are paving the way for a more equitable and sustainable future!
