Transboundary Impact

EduVentures activities are not only national bound. This is one of the method used by EduVentures for knowledge exchange with the neighbouring countries to present our creative ways of creating environmental awareness. In the course of 2018 to 2020 we have manged to introduce our technics of creating awareness to our neighbouring countries via an Envirocomedy SADC tour. Comedians outside Namibia have started using their craft to convey environmental awareness. So far, Angola and Tanzania have hosted envirocomedy in their respective countries, performed by their local comedians.

Transnational project is a South-South exchange platform, especially with regard to the transnational knowledge transfer between the partner organisations in Mozambique, Namibia and South Africa. This is of immense importance for the desired expansion of the transnational, interdisciplinary network on the topics of environmental protection and/or adaptation to climate change. The projects primary objective is for formation of a transnational network of civil society and state actors in creating awareness for climate adaptation, environmental protection and indigenous land use practices in Southern Africa.
